I found your site looking for answers to claim information. I was in the process of filing a NOD with my denied claim for TDIU, when I checked va.gov it said that they overturned their original decision. My question is, why doesn't the 800 call center not have any information related to what I see on va.gov? Is this a cruel hoax on va.gov or is it legit and I just need to wait the 1 - 2 months? The VA call center otherwise known as the toll free number is essentially a sham call center that has very little information about your claim. This is also true of the eBenefits web site. You have to wait for the big brown envelope for the final decision.
