Question:
Had Surgery SFVAMC Oct 2017. Four more Surgery since. Many mistakes made -- list is long. No follow up care arranged. No transportation arranged. Still have not paid my expenses associated with these Travel to and from SFVAMC. I have paid out of pocket plane tickets, Hotel, food and transportation. Turned in 10-3542 more than year ago. Transportation left me stranded in SF more then week, I finally drove myself home 9 days after surgery. Saw V.S.O. in SF last week; he's suggested 1151 form? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You. If you believe that you've been harmed by VA health care you should contact an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice. Filing a tort claim is very complex and you need expert representation along the way.
