VA Disability Compensation for Agent Orange Exposure: Screening Tool

This fillable .pdf form can help you determine whether the veteran may qualify for service-connected VA disability compensation, based on a “presumptive condition” related to Agent Orange exposure in Vietnam.

VA Disability Compensation (Service-Connected) is a cash benefit for individuals who have an ongoing disability or diagnosis that can be connected to an injury that occurred or was aggravated during service (referred to as the “nexus” test).  The "presumption" applies when a veteran develops any of a series of diseases or conditions after serving during a certain period and in a certain location (such as in or near Vietnam when Agent Orange was prevalent).
