Have questions to a pending divorce. Spouse is 100% disabled receiving VA 100% and disability check and retirement check which include spouse. Am I entitle to any funds here?
If spouse received lump sum disability check was I entitled to any of it Self AGR Soldier receiving BAH with dependent due to pending divorce can he request payment of these funds.

Determining who owes what to who during a divorce is a complex calculation that requires a lot of data. As the divorce proceeds the court will ask each party to complete financial statements that attest to their assets and debts. Once the court has all the data from each side, the court will apply a formula that will help to determine just how much is owed and how property will be divided. Until the court has gone through this process, there isn't any way to provide an answer to your question.
