Got a letter from Janesville Wis. saying I was flagged about income. I get TDIU permanent and total. They’re talking about earning too much on SS. I don't get enough from SS to file income tax. They talk about sending in 2140 that they sent me but they never have sent any and said they're are not going to send any out. My VA and SS is only income. Tax lady said SS wasn't enough to even file. Letter wasn’t signed by anyone. Pay for medicare but use the VA doc's and Hos. Said now they’re going to be checking income thru SS. I'm 71 and besides VA disability TDUI and SS that is total income, SS at $14,000 per yr.

The new system is making plenty of errors like those you're reporting. Go ahead and file a 4140 now and let them know you don't have any other income.
