Under the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, VA awards grants to private non-profit organizations that provide services to low-income Veteran families.

The SSVF organizations provide case management and assistance for the veteran community by obtaining benefits related to medical, financial, legal, family, and housing services.

This PDF lists the 2018 SSVF organizations

The list provides the phone number and address of organizations.

If you'd like to learn more through the individual programs website, a quick google search of the organization's name should bring you there.
