My spouse is a compensated 100% plus 60% disabled veteran who is currently drawing housebound. He has worsened and I would like to apply for the housebound to be changed to aid and assistance. Will the filing of VA form 21-2680 be a consideration for VA to make the change, or is there some other avenue I should take.
