My father receives agent orange benefits and I am interested in finding out whether or not me and my siblings are entitled to benefits also.

Vietnam veterans don't receive "agent orange benefits". They may receive financial compensation for a defined disease that was caused or contributed to by agent orange. Dependents of Vietnam veterans who were born with spina bifida may be eligible for benefits, otherwise there are no benefits for the non-dependent children of a veteran.
