Question:

I had a TKR on July 8, 2018. Unfortunately, the hardware became loose from the cement. I was already assigned temporary 100%. I had to have a revision surgery to reinstall the hardware on January 18, 2019. My question, do I need to submit new claim for TKR being that it was inside the 13 months?

Probably not. The complication and any corrective surgery should be noted in your record and at any future exams and the temporary 100% rating should be extended accordingly.
