Question:

I submitted the paperwork to get a copy of my C-File back in April. 6 months later I call the 800 number and they tell me they don't know when I will receive it. is this right , or who/what can I do?

Unfortunately the info you've been given is probably spot on. Customer service isn't a priority. You can try going to the source and you may have better luck .
