Jim, my father is totally disabled veteran .I filed for in home care assistance and was finally approved after nine months .They withheld his monthly pension pending the fiduciary process. Jim, Love the new site. Have talked with you on several occasions over the years. To the point, wondering if you have any advice to help get my "new" claims to a decision stage. I have appeals that are over 7 years old and of course nothing will be done with them until the new claims (which date back to July 2009) are finished.

Jim, I am already 10% for Left foot plantar faciitis w/heel spur and was recently diagnosed with Right foot plantar faciitis w/heel spur...could you tell me if it is possible that I will be awarded an additional 10% for the Right foot problems or will they consider it Bilateral foot problems and just keep it at 10%? Jim, My Mother is about to be a widow for the 3rd time. My Step-father Joe is terminally ill and my Mother is in need for assisted living. Jim, I was just awarded 100% up from 70% and now they say I need a Fiduciary. I dont want one and want to speak to a lawyer. Do you have any info or phone numbers of lawyers in Southern California. Jim, I am writing on behalf of a fellow soldier and combat brother of my husband's. He is getting an apportionment taken out of his va disability check that is going to his ex wife in place of his child support but iowa will not recognize it as payment so iowa says he is not paying and back child support is piling up etc. I would love to talk more…

Jim, My friend has been a patient at the VA hospital for almost a month now. She is very happy with the doc who is trying to save her leg after a nasty motorcycle wreck. Jim, I am going into the VA for a re-evaluation of my disability. I am wondering if they do a drug test with any of the physicals, and if testing positive for marijuana will effect or take away any of my benifits. Any help will be greatly apreciated.

Jim, A quick question, concerning, DIC. If a veteran is Rated 100% for PTSD eligible for DIC after 10 years??? It says totally disabling, if 100% PTSD is not totally disabling ,, well I just don’t know? I know this guy and he was a medic in 68 in Nam and he is IMHO totally disabled. Thanks

Jim, I currently have a rating of 70% for migraines. That decision was made last year and shortly after that they said they were evaluating my condition to see if I have 100% unemployability. Jim, I have been taking Plavix since my heart attack in 2006. All of my arteries were blocked at least 95%. I have 4 stents. My civilian heart doctor wants me to take Plavix.I do not have a VA heart doctor. I have a 70% VA rating due to diabetes and IHD caused by Agent Orange. Since I have a 70% rating,all of my meds are free.My Plavix is free too…
