Question:
As a divorced veteran double dipping, my ex-wife is entitled to a percentage of my FERS retirement. If I get promoted to SES or work for National Science organization and then retire, does she still get that portion of my Government retirement? Apparently some of these agencies are not the true federal government under OPM..

Your ex is entitled to what the magistrate who presides over the divorce says she's entitled to, no more, no less. Agencies don't rule in divorce courts, judges do.
