Remembering Jim

Jim Strickland was a Vietnam era Army veteran and nationally recognized expert on VA disability benefits who was also editor and webmaster of the popular VA Watchdog website. Jim wrote extensively about VA and Social Security disability benefits. Before his recent passing, Jim was kind enough to answer questions from visitors on StatesideLegal.org here in Jim's Mailbag. Question:

My condo assoc.does not want to fix items outside my condo. They only want to do patch work long story. Need some advice

Jim's Reply:

If you have serious issues with your HOA, you'll need to hire a lawyer to help you find a solution. There aren't any free services I'm aware of that can help.
