While receiving TDIU do I still need to submit VA Form 21-4140-1 every year? I should know this, but my memory isn't what it once was. THANKS!!

I'm not at all surprised you didn't get the memo.
VA hasn't done a particularly good job of getting the word out that the 4140 is no longer required on an annual basis. VA will now verify your (lack of) income by referencing your IRS and SSA records.
That's good news. One more task you won't have to pay attention to!
