Veterans Retraining Assistance Program (VRAP)

VA’s authority to issue payments under VRAP ends March 31, 2014. To ensure payment for current enrollment periods, VA School Certifying Officials should submit all enrollment certifications no later than March 17, 2014. Enrollments will not be accepted after that date. If your enrollment period extends beyond March 31, you may be eligible for an additional lump-sum payment to complete the training period.
