Dear Jim, I received a 100% disability due to hearing loss under IU. I may be a candidate for a cochlear implant. Will I loose my 100% PT rating if hearing significantly improves? Trying to choose between hearing better and funds to live on. Thanks

This is about the Camp Lejeune water contamination everything has been proven they’ve got me at 100% temporary I had to have my left kidney removed for cancer I’m wondering how long will I continue to get benefits through the VA and how long will it stay at 100% I know nothing about this stuff

Question:

I am at a 100% percent for PTSD for about 10yrs I just got assigned 20% percent for hypertension effective date 06/24/2016 denied ED secondary to PTSD but VA stated that because am a 100% I cant receive any retro because am max out if that was so why did the VA assigned and effective date on 20%? Please help no one at the call center is on the same page.

OK, so I am 100% P&T scheduler and have not worked in over 10 years. Is there a monetary increase if I were deemed IU? Just curious, have been told several things but I have not had a great answer in that time. Thanks for the information!

Question:

I was recently told that if you have been dx'd with PTSD-combat that it is an auto 100% disability from the VA. Any truth to that?
