I am service connected for grade 4 arthritis in my knees and severe depression. I recently had a sleep study and got a cpap machine. I was told that because of my knee condition I can't really get out and exercise with out difficulty so I have gained weight, which led to my sleep apnea.more...

I am a 67 year old Vietnam navy man. In oct 2013 I filed my c&p claim for PTSD , Parkensons, migraines, diease of the nerves system, high blood pressure, Rhemitoid Arthritus, hearing loss. im seeking help with form 21-686c. i recently 20 mos ago got married n malaysia and finally got her immigrant visa got 2 kum home & now i want to fill out the form& c f i can get more on my 70 percent disability 4 my spouse? the question is this form doesnt ask 4 divorce certs or marriage certs so when i send it n will they kick it bak cuz of that? sorry i asked this question n the wrong place??"more...

I never ever heard from the VA again until last year they finally approved my service connected disability and they told me that I had an overpayment and they are keeping all the money and the back pay as well. more...

She was told by her chief that if she applied for a VA service connected disability she would not be eligible for it unless she repaid the 40k to the military. This sounds illogical to me. I called my VSO's office today and they said they would research the issue but did not know the answer to the question off hand. Can you enlighten me on this matter? Much appreciated.more...
