Question:
I am in the Army Reserves and have been ordered to active duty. While on active duty, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and require a CPAP machine. Is this situation VA compensable?

You may or may not be eligible for a VA disability benefit. The only way to know for sure is to go ahead and apply for it. There are some variables that may affect whether or not you're eligible for disability benefits, like why you were activated and so on. It won't take but a few minutes for you to apply and learn just what you may be eligible for.
